Grey horses and ponies have a special place in my heart. I think they have a magical quality, just like unicorns. Our much loved grey pony Buddy definitely had this quality. He was so clever it was unnerving but also deeply loyal and forgiving of us. I came to horses and ponies late in life, so am still very reliant on them being able to accommodate me at times due to my shocking lack of knowledge!
