The relationships with our dog run so deep and in so many cases as deep as our human relationships. They seem to love us unconditionally which is a rare and beautiful thing. I think labradors have completely nailed that loving look that they can give us. Their wide apart eyes and deep loyalty mean that look which I hope I have caught in this paitinng, can cut straight through to our souls.
