Please note the following:

• Emeline Watchorn retains all rights to all artwork, even those of sold & commissioned original paintings.   

• Emeline Watchorn retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original piece). 

• The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.

• The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission. 

• Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing the full rights of your painting. 

Privacy

Your privacy is something that I take very seriously. Any information you provide to me is held in strict confidence unless you give me permission to share it. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. If you signup for my newsletter you are agreeing to receive updates and marketing emails from me only.

SECURITY

I maintain security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no exchange of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. While I make every effort to protect your personal information shared with me through this Site, you acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share through this Site could be accessed or tampered with by a third party.

You agree that I am not responsible for any intercepted information shared through this Site without my knowledge or permission. Additionally, you release me from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in any unauthorised manner.
